Service conditions

1. Eligibility to use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age threshold and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service cannot be used where applicable law prohibits or restricts it.

2. Creating an account

Full use of the Service requires complete, accurate and up-to-date account information. Keep your login credentials private and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Contact us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, submitting deceptive information or engaging in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

3. Service scope and restrictions

Westrelaine Westrelaine provides AI-supported market research, trading signals and optional automated order placement through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis.

• Westrelaine Westrelaine does not hold, protect or manage your money. Your capital stays in your own brokerage or exchange account.
• Broker connections rely on API keys set with read-only and execution access. These credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
• Past strategy or signal results are not a reliable indication of future performance.
• Trading may produce losses, including loss of the original capital.

4. No investment advice

No material provided through the platform Westrelaine constitutes financial, investment, trading or other advice. AI signals and analytical functions are informational only. Speak with an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Westrelaine Westrelaine is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.

5. Fees and payment

Some functions are available only with a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days' notice. Stated charges exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, a new subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.

6. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

• Use the Service in breach of any applicable law, rule or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to access the platform's source code.
• Use scripts, bots or other automated techniques to scrape, crawl or extract Service information.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written consent in advance.
• Interfere with the Service or damage its infrastructure, integrity or operation.
• Engage in manipulation, front-running or other behaviour prohibited by financial laws.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, software, algorithms, trade marks and confidential technology made available through the Service remain the exclusive property of Westrelaine Westrelaine or its licensors. These Terms grant no ownership or other interest in that material. Our names, marks and logos may not be used without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Westrelaine Westrelaine DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Westrelaine Westrelaine WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARNED THAT SUCH DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Westrelaine IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Westrelaine and its directors, officers, employees and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.

11. Account termination

You may close your account in the settings area or by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access immediately after a breach of these Terms. When access ends, your authorisation to use the Service ends as well, and account information may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, without applying its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will initially be submitted to binding arbitration in Sydney under the relevant Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration rules. Users located in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in their competent local courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified at least 14 days beforehand by email or platform notice. If you continue using the Service after the new Terms begin, you are treated as accepting them.
